We want you to love your new Jelly Shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned sandals must be in their original packaging and free from any signs of outdoor wear.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Sandals
Place the unworn jelly shoes back in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
